Hi, My name is Chris, I'm a meditation teacher with an expertise in behaviour change. I help find the right kind of meditation for you to thrive in today's busy world. I give corporate keynotes / workshops and 1-2-1 training.
I'm passionate about social change with a focus on wellbeing. Co-Founder of the behaviour change consultancy UnPlug (www.unplughq.com) and part-time MSc Organisation Psychology Student at DCU. I also teach meditation weekly at The YogaHub. I love nature, kirtan, dancing, travelling, yoga, meditation, cycling, cooking and wine. I have completed relevant courses including YTT, MBSR, SIYL, TM, Vipassana & MSC.
